I fucking love Deathspell. I didn't really "get it" at first when I bought Chaining the Katechon a couple years back, but after I got SMRC I started to get it. Then I bought Fas, which blew me away completely, and everything started making sense. Paracletus is so fucking majestic.

Fuck yeah Krow! I have a great affinity for Iced Earth as well man. Burnt offerings is damn good, probably the best album with Barlow as the original singer.

But if I can have my cake and eat it too, I personally would take Night of The Stormrider with Barlow on vocals over any of their material, which is one of the reasons why Alive in Athens is fucking superb!

You must not have heard about Days of Purgatory, which has all of the good songs off of Night of the Stormrider and more all with Barlow on vocals. Not to discount Alive in Athens though, its one of the best live recordings ive ever heard.

Yeah I have heard Days of Purgatory, and I do listen to it just not as often as Alive In Athens. Its something about that fucking album, I love it...

It will be interesting to see what they make with their new album coming up...Schaffer promises good things...

I missed this album. I lost it awhile ago and just bought it again. It was my first Megadeth album and one of my first metal albums, glad to have it back. Listening to A Tout le Monde atm.

Youthanasia is good just not something I listen to when I'm in a Megadeth mood. And I'm with you guys on Iced Earth, fucking love them, own every album including the 3 disc Alive in Athens. Right now I am really enjoying these

My favorite Evergrey in a couple albums, the last 2 were getting stale. The production is slicker.

The reissue sounds amazing and the 2 bonus discs are filled with demos with different vocalist and raw sounding TSOP songs from 96, 97 and 98. I also like the new album artwork.
