That's one of my favorite thrash albums. Tortured Existence is good too, but not nearly as, imo.

Usually I lean more towards Tortured Existence and its slightly more varied song writing, but right now Epidemic of Violence is winning for me. Their ability to mesh Exodus/Overkill-style groove with Slayer/Dark Angel tempos is amazing.

Just looking at the cover of this album is... very striking... unlike most "real" gore covers, which I refuse to even own.

What does that even mean? I don't find it that bad, it's pretty humorous honestly.

also that 40 Watt Sun album is fucking amazingly powerful. It and the new Omnium Gatherum are early albums of the year imo.
