The Atlas Moth's An Ache for the Distance has blown me away. This is undoubtedly the best album I've heard all year. Otherworldly sludgey doom with a distinct melodic undercurrent. I guess it's technically "post-metal", but it's post-metal that sounds like nothing else out there. I cannot sing its praises enough. Listen to it.
