I've listened to this a few times in the past and didn't think that much of it. Seemed like a standard black/thrash affair. What do you like about it?

It combines the feral intensity of stuff like I.N.R.I with more professional playing and arguably better songwriting while still maintaining a classic, old school, and for lack of a better term, evil sound. It's lightyears ahead of shit like Witchery and Bewitched, which is what I'd call standard for the style.
