ABout the petrucci video, I got some old video of him doing a guitar clinic in holland he plays a peace of chopin there. Don't know if you mean that one but i got it if you need.

i saw sinergy and cob, in that order.
i must say that alexi looked sloppy at sinergy. not that i could do better. but his playing didnt seem technical like what ive seen from other guitarists. most of the time he didnt look at his guitar when playing anyway, he kinda tilted his head the opposite direction. i was less than a foot away from him at sinergy i could have easily snapped one of his strings, but didnt of course. and roope looked alot more focused, especially in solos, and he seemed faster and more accurate yes.
cob gig was great, but alexis sound sounded different, possibly making him sound alot better than he is?
it was all still great though!
