If you go to
http://kzsu.stanford.edu/~hannah/index.html, you may find what you are looking for. This site is entirely about metal bands with female musicians/vocalists and there you will also find some all girl metal bands. I´m not sure, but this may be one of the biggest collections of it´s kind.
To name one band which is still around (though the drummer is the only original band member left): Phantom Blue (
www.phantomblue.com). They released their eponymously titled debut album already way back in 1989 and they didn´t sound quite as commercial as Vixen, who were around at the same time. A few years later they released their second album "Built To Perform", but then they lost their record deal and there have also been quite a lot of band member changes over the years.
Some other albums you might look for (though they may be hard to find, because these bands don´t exist any longer) are "Hell Hath No Fury" by Rock Goddess (released in 1983; maybe more hard rock than actually metal, but some good songs), "Sin Will Find You Out" by Original Sin (released in 1986; the lyrics are really clichéd, but the music is worth listening - not spectacular, yet good thrash metal), "Transitions" by Mother Earth (released somewhere in ´94/´95) and "Roadkill" by Meanstreak (released in 1988; as far as I know, original bass player Lisa Martens Pace married John Myung - at least they were together while "Awake" was recorded -, guitarist Marlene Apuzzo married Mike Portnoy, and guitarist Rena Sands married John Petrucci - and that was the end of another promising all girl metal band!
In case the names of the husbands sound unfamiliar to you, you should find them in the CD-booklet of any Dream Theater album.)
Also in the eighties, there was a German all girl metal band named Rosy Vista, but after the release of their first album (I think it was just a mini-album) they were never heard of again.
As for current all girl metal bands, I can´t tell you about any, but maybe through the link at the beginning of my post you will also find some new underground bands.
