I love 'All Play Dead'. To me, this song and 'Cenotaph' make for the most haunting part of the album, even though I won't go as far as saying they're my favorite songs on it. It feels like they represent the last remnants of the protagonist's sanity going away, and in 'No More Will' he's finally driven mad by grief.
'Forever' is a very special song to me as well. It's the perfect closer, and its brevity makes it even more effective as a last lament and promise for the character's beloved. On a personal note, this particular song used to serve as a vocal exercise for me when I was learning how to sing with grit; I love how Warrel turns it on only in places.
'Dreaming Neon Black' is just about a perfect record.
