All real drums mixed with SSL

Really not the most experienced AE round here but...fuck.
I still don't believe it.

In fact, as I've playing this, my girlfriend just said "how long did it take you to program this?"

If you can post pics, videos, screenshots, boners, then damn. My hat goes off to you sir.

That doesn't sound like a recording of real drums aka a guy playing a micd up acoustic drummkit to me.
even if the samples are your own made ones and its just replaced and so on, the overheads dont sound like you've put a mic somewhere near a cymbal and a human beeing hit it with a stick.
So you regardless if its programmed or not you failed anyway
-> they are programmed : seems you cant fool people around here
-> they arent programmed / they are "all real drums" : it sounds programmed, "something" went terribly wrong or you don't understand what "editing drums" means.

my 2 cents.

this.

obviously ezd samples AT THE VERY LEAST. not to mention it sounds like every hit has the same exact velocity, especially on the blast sections. clearly you suck at programming/editing/whateverthefuckyouwanttocallit.

All I needed to hear was the blast beat on the ride to know whole heartedly that this is not an actual drummer's performance, edited or not. Everything we are hearing is 100% sampled.

I try not to be an outright prick on here, in fact I try to be pretty nice about things...
But dude.... GTFO of this forum! It's people like you ruining this place cluttering the forum with bullshit and stupidity! If you want to look like a royal wanker, congratulations~ You succeeded!

If this is a real drummer, then he should be fucking world famous now. He can get his kicks/rides to align correctly 100% during blast beats (not to mention have absolutely perfect velocity control) and he plays natural kicks like they're triggered. Unfortunately he and his drum kit seem to be invisible which would, I guess, make it a little harder to become world famous.

yep.

Letting this forum die.

Hollllllllllyyyyy shiiiiiiiiiit.

I just realized why everybody is bitching.

I put up the wrong fucking link. FML.

I'm very sorry for bitching back about that guys. The drums I posted originally ARE indeed programmed. They're still samples that I made personally, but the actual beat is programmed =(.

Gosh.. That's a slap of humility right in the dick for me. Perhaps I should proofread my threads first?

Here's the ACTUAL clip that I was supposed to post:

I need advice on toms. How do you all process toms? I tried doing them just like every other drum, and I'm not happy with them.

Sorry once again. errmmm. Everybody makes mistakes? :guh::guh:
