The whole day was brilliant actually, the only bad thing about the whole day was that the organisers decided to swap around the set times for Destruction and Nile so we missed most of fucking Nile's set. I was not best pleased.
Apart from that, it truly was an amazing day...

Hell fucking yeah man, i met the guys as well. Johan nearly broke my hand when he shook it got their autographs on a piece of tissue paper \m/ Cool guys though!

Managed to see decapitated earlier in the day, met Vitek, he spoke bugger all english but he signed my x-mass fest ticket lol

The whole fuck up with Nile really pissed me off but when they did play they were bloody awesome. I was on pretty much the front row for Dew-Scented, Amon Amarth, Destruction, Nile and Deicide.

Was thinking about going down to the underworld and seeing decapitated too but by the time I'd finished my beer outside it was about 3.30 and I didn't wanna miss any od the bands inside. Didn't know what time they were on at the underworld either, heard they started early...

Decapitated started at about 2:30-3pm i think, they only ended up playing 4 songs because the guitarist's transmition fucked up so we only missed misery index and disbelief and most of graveworm

Hey, sorry for staying away so long but my sister died two weeks ago and I wasn't in the mood for hanging out on boards. I didn't go to see AA today. I hope they'll come back to Belgium in summer. Because they're a great band. I'm just very upset by my sister's death. It's very unreal...

hey my sympathys as well. i can kinda relate to ya as i jsut found out but 2 days ago my sister has a 99% chance of havin a brain tumor and her entire left side of her body has gone numb. as we should all know brain tumors arent anythin to play around with and could result in severe brain damage/death over time. but hey, i hope things start lookin up for ya. past few days i could only imagine what itd be like havin to bury my brother or sister one day or for them to me. gotta be sumthin realy hard to do. wise man once said "it never rains every day..." i forget the rest but im sure ya got the picture .
im realy psyched out about my whole sister with tumor thing cuz the day before that i had a dream that resulted in my sisters death in a car crash on teh way back from the doctor but i dont wanna get into detail thinking about that cuz that was just way fucked up to happen then this whole tumor thing i find out the next day. in fact (fiction). i never had that dream, i was dreamin bout sailing the seven seas =D.
i play my hymn of sorrow for ye...
