The oldest cover I have is for "The arrival of the Fimbul Winter" from 1994 that Ted describes in his post above. The recordings are of Burning Creation, Arrival of the Fimbul Winter and Without Fear, which were, again per Ted above, not released. The cover font is exactly like the one Amon666 posted.

As said earlier the name of the font is Omnia. It is NOT a free font so if you want it go buy it at http://www.adobe.com/type/home.html
Or find it on a torrent site and download it.
