I got most of that completely fucking wrong. But i agree ^ the Recto sounds bad in these clips: that really threw me. & Windsor sounded good

the recto and the impulsed ones sounded really yucky compared to the the mic 51´rules.
Care to share some details on those transformers (which model? both transformers changed, power and output or just OT?)

Wow I didn't expect that out of the Recto impulse stuff. I have never had my Recto sound that weird with impulses, but I have found my 6505+ to sound kind of weak and lo-fi when using impulses...only slightly though, but I don't want to tweak too far away from my normal settings.

The enjoyed the other tones though man. Thanks for the comparison.
