I really like how the Maxon tightens up the 5150, thanks to Andy for those settings, and whoever gave them to me in my other 5150 thread. How does this one sound? The timing is off because I suck and just threw the clip together real quick.

Much, much better! I'd like to hear some tight riffing done with it!

However, and this could be the MP3 compression, but it sounds a bit dull and dead in the topend.

Cool, thanks dude! yeah, I also notice a slight lack of high end. I'll also work on putting together some other clips soon with some tighter riffing and such.

dont know if its the riffs you played, but i like better the "beast" clip (the one with the 5150 alone). i'm waiting too for the tight riffs with this setup, and also do one with the same theme you did on the last 2 clips, to compare them easily.
