Anthrax in Australia in May...

According to PyroMusic.net, ANTHRAX will be embarking on a headlining tour of Australia in May. ANTHRAX are expected to perform with their "Among the Living" lineup, consisting of Joey Belladonna (vocals), Scott Ian (guitar), Dan Spitz (guitar), Frank Bello (bass), and Charlie Benante (drums). Support at all shows will come from MORTAL SIN. The dates are as follows:

May 12 - The Arena – Brisbane, AUS
May 14 - The Roundhouse - Sydney, AUS
May 15 - The Palace - Melbourne, AUS
May 16 - Heaven Nightclub - Adelaide, AUS
May 18 - The Lookout - Perth, AUS

Yeah I think they reformed last year sometime. That EDHID record was ok but no-where near as good as Mahhemic Destruction or Face of Dispair - both classic records imo. Great support for Thrax though!!!

i should also add that mortal sin is really the only aussie metal band i have ever really liked,they put on a fantastic show too,what a killer line up.

Well its official boys! I have known about the Australian Reunion tour for the past 3 weeks but was sworn to Secrecy! Do you know how hard it was not to mention it on here.

I also got the honour of working on the street team flyers which by the way most of the members should have soon thanx to Wade!

Man I am so up for this concert. First, last April I got to see the Modern Anthrax and now beyond my wildest dreams I will get to see classic Thrax for the first time in 14 years!
