It's not like Anthrax were ever that "huge" with Belladonna anyway. They headlined some small arenas and large theatres on the HBB tour, but otherwise their biggest tours were "co-headliners." I don't really think that many people are clamoring for this, judging by the 20 or so people that buy tix to Joey's solo shows.

I think the tour will bring about reasonable success. But really, Anthrax will be playing the same venues they did with John, but instead of only playing for 600 or 700 people, they may sell some shows out, but it is not like they are going to filling up sheds and arenas. Then, after the novelty of the tour wears off, it won't be a big deal. There isn't a huge demand for an album with Belladonna. That is why I don't like this reunion. A lot of times they backfire on the bands......

You don't get older school than most of the people who post on his board. What bothers fans like TD and myself, is what this so called reunion says about the future of Anthrax going forward. They had finally regained some momentum recently and then they pull this shit. Doesn't make sense.
And if I have to substantiate my old schoolness, I bought Fistful on vinyl in 1984 and believe that what is revealed to us in a couple of days cncerning John Bush, better be something I haven't been able to fathom, or Anthrax have begun a brief rise due to publicity and then a swift downward spiral.

hmmmmmm..... i'm an old school fan, doesn't mean i don't post, or that i'm for the reunion.the reunion represents the past, not current or future of anthrax.

i didn't have pubes when anthrax was with belladonna. but fuck you anyway. I listened to Sound of WHite Noise and was blown away. Then i listened to Among the Living and laughed at the vocals.
