Ripper Owens did a great job with Priest, too.

WCFYA was a completely kickass CD.

But SO WHAT if they've reunited with a particular line-up?

Joey has a great voice.

Scott and Charlie and Frankie write everything anyway - and how freakin' cool is that Frankie's back?

I am curious why Spitz hasn't had that lazy eye corrected... but come on.

I'm with you. This reunion is the best Anthrax news I have heard in a long time. People should just ride it out instead of posting bitch after bitch..It really makes them look like they have no life... Not just Joey, but to have all 5 guys together is great and I am pulling for them. I am sure they read some of this shit and while it is good to hear what the fans think it must suck to see. I also think that there is alot more excitement than you see on this board here. Most of the members here joined during the BUSH era. Most of the fans that that Anthrax lost during all there musical changes were gone long before the internet. They will be back...

I'm with you too. I saw Joey last summer, and I thought he sounded great. He was playing drums too, which can't be the easiest thing to do.

I met him too, he was walking around in the crowd. He was really cool. The guy even help set his band's gear up.

I love Anthrax w/ Bush, but I was a fan of Anthrax with Joey first. It's their band, if they wanna do a reunion, more power to them. I'm not being a "Stepford Fan" either...no one is making me support the reunion. I'm doing it because I love old school Anthrax.

i agree with you totally , first heard atl in 1988 . in my opinion there is no " better " singer as they have both contributed to anthrax's position in metal today . have just ordered my ticket to the palace ( melbourne ) show and cannot wait to go fuckin nuts . to me this will be like old school days only problem is my neck upwards is gonna be mighty sore ( lmao ) but i dont care

Preferred the new line up but Im still going to these gigs!!!

Ive followed Anthrax since I saw them support Metallica on the Puppets tour.

I just grew to Love the New Version of Anthrax More!!!

I just hope it comes back.

But For Now!!! Im going to enjoy the Nostalgia!!

Guys... I'm cool with the reunion... I just want to know that this is JUST a reunion tour. Anthrax has progressed beyond Joey's talents. John (with Charlie, Scott and Frank) have brought the music to a new level - and have kicked royal a$$!!!!!!

I look forward to seeing them reunite.
But I will look forward to seeing what they'll do next WHEN they get back together with John in the recording studio.

At this point, I'm not sure what to think of this whole dealie. With Anthrax, some of my very favorite songs were the ones that featured Joey on the lead vocals. They fukkin' rawk! But, IMO, the band's strongest albums to me are the ones with John; no filler!

So while I hope that John comes back, I'll be glad to see them with Joey, as I missed that chance back in the day.

Now we jus' got to get John Arch back in Fates...

I'm really looking forward to seeing this line up play again. Anthrax has always been a great live act. I've seen every line up post Turbin, and never felt let down. Them boys work hard.

Maybe, but it doesn't make much sense because the fans that left didn't like the music with BUSH and they have came back because he is gone...for now.

i seen them only twice once supporting WCFYA and when they kicked off the second tour, in clifton park near albany NY. i thought the first show was better with frankie, but it may have been cuz it was John's Birthday so they prolly had a few more before the show, ya know to relax.
