Been in a couple,but I guess protests that really count are in the US..our government is against this illegal war,so they can't do much.I hate this pathetic thinking,"we can't do anything".What do you mean,is there a democracy yes or no?If you are against war,go out and say it.Today a school was bombed.Little kids lost arms and legs.This is the stuff terrorists are made of.This is your world in which they grow and they will grow to hate you..The military force of USA is so strong that all they can fight you with is terrorism.Don't give them reasons to do it.Go out in the streets and protest,bush wants to win the next elections too,if he doesn't have american citizens on his side there are chances that he will stop the war.Maybe we won't achieve anything,but by not doing anything at all it is CERTAIN that we won't.Innocent people are dying in Iraq,by bombs that you paid for with your taxes.It's the least we can do.If Saddam has weapons of mass destruction,why doesn't he use them?If he doesn't use them now that he is being attacked,why would he have used them if he hadn't been?Think,there are ways to escape the propaganda,it's common logic.The next terrorist attacks will target your parents,your wives,your children,you.Stop the madness.If we the people can't do it,nobody can.

And about Bush. He is not a moron. So what if he says nucular or whatever, that is not the point. He may not be the greatest speaker in the world, but he is not a stupid man. What would you do in his situation? Wait for another terrorist attack on the US and have thousands of people killed for no reason whatsoever? Don't you also think the government knows more about the situation than a regular person does? There have been mistakes in the past, but i support the decision to attack Iraq 100%. I pray (yeah im a christian too) for the people I know in the military that nothing bad will happen to them. These people defend our country for all of your freedoms so that you can bitch away at stupid shit because you have the freedom of speech. Freedom is not something enjoyed by the Iraqi people and they are the main we are fighting. To free them from opressive authoritarian rule.

to all you people here that say that are saying "protestors should go and live in pre-war Iraq". thats bullshit. we are not here to say how other countries should live. thats what freedom is all about right? the right to choose. if it is so bad in Iraq, then why don't the people rise up. they have a choice to do so. to all of the protesters, i have a lot of respect for you guys. at least some people have the guts to voice thier opinion. also, to all of the people that think protestors are anti patriotic, we are not against the troops. we very much support them. they are doing what they are told. they can't just up and quit if they don't agree. in a word they are slaves. we very much disagree with the choices that are being made by the administration.
