Nice song. One of the three best on the album (after TNATSW and Advent). Bass lines are awesome - moment at [3:06-3:19] owns everything! And the intro, and the outro... awesome song, one of my favourite from Opeth's early albums.

Unreal! How can you not have Black Rose Immortal as one of the top THREE? It's in my top five favorite songs ever written. It has everything the other songs have (with more of the good) and is pretty epic stuff.

As for the topic. Morning rise is also top five greatest albums ever written. Now that you know that dont freak out when I say... Nectar is the weakest song on the CD. i love the very beginning and 6:20 and on but in the middle i find myself waiting for the ending and the start of Black Rose... you know.. the part he growls "spiritual eclipse" : D
The part where you know when he was recording it he held his hands to the sky as he sang it and was pretending to summon....er...maybe its just me when i sing it... anyways.
AMAZING song. least favorite on the album. oh and black rose has better acoustic and better followup riffs.
