Anyone else bored by the new Meshuggah?

Destroy Erase Improve was great tho

First time I heard Nothing, I thought "man, this sucks." But I got used to it. I mean it's not as good as DEI and Chaosphere, but still good nonetheless.

The new cd from Meshuggah sucks ass!!!! Entombed's new cd "Morning Star" slays within seconds. Entombed is the band that got me into Metal in 1993 same here with Carcass.

I think all Meshuggah is boring! Some good songs but it all sound the same!

I had a hard time getting into this album, but I've grown to really like it. I was expecting Chaosphere part 2. Actually I was anticipating something heavier and faster than Chaosphere. If you listen to "War" on the Rare Trax album, that's what I was geared up for. I'll also admit that I was turned off by the "As heard on the Osbournes" sticker, but after really listening to it, I think it's a great album.

They actually said that they slowed everything down about a month before the release of Nothing. Anyway I really Like it.

The new Meshuggah album is excellent..I dunno why anyone would bitch about it. While I will say Destroy Erase Improve was more technical there's nothing to cry about with this new record. It's very solid. Meshuggah is great.
