The only thing I'd say is not to bother asking any questions about the censorship issues they've encountered in the past. Not that they wouldn't be happy to answer, just that they must've been asked about that in every interview since the early/mid-nineties haha

What is your all time favourite (non-Cannibal) album? ...I actually know the answer to that, but yeah.

During a show you're headbanging/windmilling constantly, and on a long tour it must really take it's toll. Is there any precautions you take to avoid straining your neck?
