anyone into real metal should check this out

The guitarist needs to work on soloing, the defcon 5 one sounded promising, but there is no dynamics, just stream of notes. Varied dynamics make an interesting solo, not 40 seconds of 16th's all over the fretboard.

Riffs are decent, but maybe more variation would be nice. Good stuff though.

He dosen't just play 16th's notes and i think he has great dynamics, and you haven,t heard all his solos you should also checkout his solos on Mercenary's Everblack album that's also him playing, the way he plays in Transparent is the way we want it to sound. And if you don't think the songs are variated enough then wait till you hear the new stuff.

We have been contacted by a lot of people who wants to buy the CD, but since we only have a few copys left for promotional purposes it's not possible for us to sell you guys any CDs at the moment, unless we decide to print at least 200 CDs. Before we do this, we'll have to know how many people are interested in buying the CD. The price will be € 5,5 Euro including postage. If you are interested please sign up your email-adress on the Transparent-metal.com frontpage.

It's a trick he's a 47 year old paedophile and he wants to touch you!

Not bad, although it could be a bit more creative and it sounds like the voice is just pasted on top of the music. The beginning of "Defcon 5" sounds horribly similar to "Unparralelled" (plus you got it wrong, it should be spelled "Unparalleled"); again, could use more creativity. Didn't pay much attention to the lyrics, so those are getting reviewed separately sometime later.

The best song (imo) is "Why" (i'm not counting the samples koz i don't like to download incomplete songs, so i'm comparing the three full songs i was able to download).

Overall, i think it has potential to evolve into some kind of Killswitch-Engage-style guitar+screaming with power metal bridges (not solos, since there's drums and bass on the background; i don't know why people keep calling them "solos"). Maybe work a bit more on the creativity and on melding the voice and the music a bit better. Keep it up, and keep us fans informed. :)

Thanks for your comments, about the spelling of unparalleled you are absolute correct, it is a misspelling on our website, it is however spelled correct on our cd.
it´s funny that some people compare us with metalcore, because no one it the band listen to that genre, we all grew up listening to old school metal (Classic heavy metal, thrash and death metal)i know we share some influences with some of the metalcore bands like At the gates, Carcass, Machine head and Pantera to name a few, but if some people want to label us metal core then that´s fine with me it used to bother me , but it dosen´t any more because alot of the socalled metalcore bands are awesome musicians and have great songs.
It´s great the you are honest about the things you like and don´t like in our music,we didn´t just post this link to hear from people that we are the greatest band in the world, it´s really great to hear some different opinions as long as they are constroctive.
