Anyone know of a DFHS Guide fro Pro Tools?

I've got everything setup. Just can't get the individual parts of the kit to go seperate audio tracks.

I open up a Stereo Instrument track. Insert DFHS Multi Out.. I get sound thru the instrument track.

Then I create audio tracks and have the inputs as KD ST SB OHL etc yet nothing comes out of these tracks. Not sure what im doing wrong.

Hey this sounds familiar. I have it working in Nuendo but not PT... maybe somebody with a brain will come save us retards

I've got them outputting now inividually...! :heh: :kickass:

Have to send them to insturment tracks..not audio tracks!

Most of this stuff I figure out myself...I just get impatient and expect you guys to explain it for me...hahaha I guess it's better I learn myself.

Next I've got to figure how I can send the Snare top and Button to one track so I can compress and eq together. Same with Toms so i can put the same reverb on each.

I knew how to do it in cubase... :goggly:

Here's one way...

create a send on snare 1 and 2 going to "bus X". now create a aux track and assign its input to "bus X". now you can toss inserts on the aux track. I use sends for cue mixes, and inserts that I'll be using on multiple things.

I think you could also assign your "snares" to a new audio track via bus and that will now act as a master fader for the tracks going to it. I haven't done it in awhile so hopefully that works.
