Its the golden section numbers. Although, technically it should be (+ or - 1,61803). Listen to tools song lateralus and count the syllables of the words he sings,(1,6,1,8,0,3) its the fibbonacci seq,which is related to the golden section somehow. I love when bands do stuff like that!!
