Anyone up for remixing/remastering a song or two?

Had to mix this on "consumer grade" speakers. It is doubtless an atrocity on proper monitors - please slate it so I have some opinions on what I need to fix.

Think it's better than the last but a bit much treble and too squashed in the maximising. Didn't take enough breaks and tired my poor ears out.

Seriously, I just cant make the kick sounds right in the mix. I liked the guitar tone though.

The guitar tone quacks like daffy duck, I'm sorry to say!
I like the song, but the guitar and bass sounds are... difficult.
I've had a chance now to compare those mixes I posted with some reference tracks over semi-decent speakers, and am suitably embarrassed.
I don't normally mix stuff I didn't track, and it's a very weird experience!
Is there going to be another song posted?
If I take another crack at echoes I'll mangle it out of all recognition!

I've come to a point where I just say to myself, a person can use whatever rigs as long as it sounded decently good. Cos I know of a certain someone who rants daily about rigs yet cant get a decent sound.:Smug:

The guitar tones weren't amazing but I didn't hate them. The bass and he main vocals on the other hand, I didn't know what to do with.....as is probably very obvious in my mix.

It was really cool to mix someone else's stuff though. I'd like to do it a lot more often.

Finally had some extra time today to give this a try. Some minor fixes to do with triggering & toms, but what the hell:

I thought the guitars were actually quite nice. Quite thick and "chunky" . The vocals are definately a bit "all over the place" and the bass was pretty hard to get decent sounding. Hope you like it.
