I have a question about Norway. Is learning English mandatory? Every Norwegian I've met online has had perfect English.

I guess it all depends on the whale you're eating.

Personally, I don't agree with conservationists, but whales and dolphins do need to be protected. I couldn't give less of a damn about some sepcies of plant, but dolphins and whales are beautiful and all.
