I would go for One last goodbye, as someone said above, it means very much to me, and A dying wish, which is,for me, their best song and the one that capitalised the anathema change.

Regret, flying and release are very close too.

Are you there and closer are good songs for me, but don't say anything special to me, it surprises me how people like them so much.
