ARGH!!!

It's suppose to sound like Old Death Metal not fukin "Peter-Nu-Metal-Screams".

Mike pulls if off way better but Peter is good. I do prefer the lower and more death metal sounding Mike.

nu metal?

how the voice fits to the music depends on the sound. mikael's voice fits with the rtc sound, but i guess i would have stopped listening to nmf a long time ago, if mike had done the vox on that cd.

Calling Peter's voice nu-metal is just stupid, I'm very sorry. Nu-metal is the asshole of the universe, but Peter's voice is divine. Somehow, that doesn't fit.

Didn't call his voice nu metal, only his screams he does at times. I don't like them on a Bloodbath album. The end of "soul evisceration" is a perfect example. Mike doesn't do those wich I am glad for. I also like Mikes voice because it's lower or as Flal stated above ("thick" and "sludgy").

Never said Peter has a bad vocie. He is one of the best singer on earth in extreme metal (nu metal or not).

I don't see why people think Mike's voice is deeper than Peter's, Peter can go deeper. Show one example of where Mike has gone as low as Peter like on Hypocrisy Destroys Wacken. Mike and Peter are both perfect for Bloodbath, but I just want to clarify some of the statements made!

yeah, it´s quite obvious if you listen that peter both can go higher and lower. can´t rememver where but somewhere on nmf he goes so daaamn low its sound like a dinausour burping or something... really! incredible

but mikael sounds monstruos in a completly different way, tho i find peter more "brutal"

I don't see Opeth doing much more than an album or two,,, so mabey the next Bloodbath CD will feature both performers at the same friggin time.
