Assholes talked me into getting a new myspace...

Making a good looking myspace page can't be easy either, judging by 99% of the ones I've seen ;)

Yeah, their system is fucked up and the structure is horrible. I'd rather burn a few hours in HTML and have something that looks nice than waste my time with myspace. As for it being more promotable than a band website, how many more bands have official sites than bands who have myspace pages? Hmmmm? Sure, a lot have both. But you know the answer to my question.

Besides, how many of those hits you get on myspace are people who actually buy music? Don't use yourselves as examples, because we both know the vast majority are not such people. It's kind of pointless to be super popular on myspace. This isn't the mp3.com era.

Having just fiddled around with my own page, I definately agree with you there. Myspace is THE most fucked up bit of html I've seen in a long while.
