Solid State Logic - I've heard the mini duende working at my school, it blew us away, and it's only 600 euros for an SSL sound

Digidesign - Digidesign is known to be real good and is more accessible than SSL products

i use cubase sx 3.. line6 pocket pod(lol but it sounds great tough) when i'm too lazy to plug in my gt-8. have random mikes and öh... sampled drums, and i use addictive drums now. drumkit from hell wasn't as good i think

I have weird problem with alot of recording programs, whenever I record, the pc doesn't seem to pick up my guitar right away, and it fades in every time a hit a chord. anyone got this also?

Happens when I record vocals, so I have to edit it all the time, I'll try a shorter cable than 3m, but I don't think that's the main problem.. I think those things can be tweaked in the soundcard..

^Very possible. At first I thought it was a fading button I might have accidently clicked, but thats not it. I'll keep trying different things, if I find a solution I shall let you know, and vice versa!
