It comes out in late September, domestic release date 10/12. There is some excellent music on it, but Daniel makes his first major lapse in judgement by needlessly layering narration and soundbites far too often...

I know how everyone here hates to call music pretentious, but this is has some really grating moments.
Really crap monologues about saving the world and how many deers are killed in canada every year.
Daniel should maybe decide if he wants to be an activist/politician/educator or a musician.
There's moments of music brilliance, but I'm really not feeling this album as a whole.
The new Flower Kings record is way better IMO.

some great songs, but overall i steal azal's line... "I'm really not feeling this album as a whole"
i think i'm going to make my own version of the album i think, minus the narration, maybe cutting a song or two, and shortening at least one song by half..
