Hello everyone!

We are ready to start the auction now. Photos of the backdrop are placed below. As mentioned before, the backdrop is approximately 8 X 4 feet in size. It's made out of double layered black banner material. This stage backdrop has been with us on stage in Denmark, Germany and France. It's still looking brand new, and has no flaws whatsoever.

As advised, the biddings will start at 200 USD/150 EURO. The money earned from this auction will go uncut to support our first music video for the upcoming concept album 'Legend of the Bone Carver'.

The fan who purchases the backdrop will also receive a free DVD with the music video once it's finished, and a signed photo from our private collection.

The auction is now online at eBay: Click here to make your bid!

The auction will be open until the 3rd of June at 5 PM CET (Central Europe Time).

Should you have any questions, then you can send a short mail to: michael@pyramaze.com

All the best

you would attract alot more customers if you started with a lower starting bid. that would encourage people to bid more often, or bid period. :p

You might be right about that, but if we can't get a minimum of 200 dollars for this backdrop, when we even paid more to produce it, then it will not be sold, and simply remain in the bands possesion. Over here 200 dollars is not a lot, and it feels more like a symbolic amount, when you consider that the income should have been used to support a video shooting which costs 30 times as much as the starting bid for the backdrop. This was not only for ourselfes, but very much also to give a fan out there the opportunity to buy something really unique and personal from the band.

yeah but you could potentially get even more money than you want by making the starting bid cheaper.

what you should do is make the starting bid at like 50 dollars, but set a reserve price of 200 so it's a win-win situation for you.
