is there any way to convert audio drum tracks to midi without bying an electronic drum kit?If you do know any specific program or any specific way using the traditional CUBASE plz let me know....

Just use a dm5. plug the audio outs of your soundcard in the the trigger input in the dm5 and you get a triggered midi signal out of it.

I was going to tell you that if you used Logic Pro - there is a function called Audio To Score - which specializes in this type of thing!
