Did you read the insructions in you order confirmation email?





Challenge response can usually be done from another PC that is connected to the net, you just write down the challenge code from your music pc take it to you other net connected pc and register with the challenge code on their website, it will give you a response code you then take that back to your non net connected pc and enter it, - done

I do have smart phone internet access where the laptop is. I may be able make some headway.

I'm very new to all this so bear with me! XP mode did not work with step one of the instalation.

It said this software is incompatible with your OS. I tried XP s2, s3, Vista 32 etc etc. It also ran a wizard to try and solve the incompatibility but no luck.

It is the installer itself that will not run. (not an "I can install it but it wont execute" type scenario)

I just got an email from them. They said in a few weeks the 64 will be available. I can use the current one if I jump through some hoops but I think I'll wait.
