i ACTUALLY use the balance knob because i hear slightly worse on one ear and it annoys me to no end when it sounds ever so slightly off-center

i use the balance adjustment in the car because...well, because I don't drive a McLaren F1 and the driver's side speaker is like right in my ear and shit.

oh, i also use the fader...to send more current to the rear speakers

I have seriously concluded that I'm going to buy a turntable and ONLY buy vinyl releases and digital files. No CDs, tapes, etc. At home, records. Elsewhere, a goddamn terabyte of mp3s.
