now we have this for $500

Jst came across these today. Hand built in NH. No advertising or other BS and sold directly from the maker = bigger bang for your buck.

yeah i was looking at similar home grown brands ... there is a co. on ebay, FLUANCE (check their stuff here) that looks pretty nice.
the SX6 bookshelf they have typically ends up at around $100/pair at auction. (actully not even ... more like around $50/pair)
