ive got a friend who is becoming a promoter. was just in the states and found out some info (dont know how). But BEFORE July next year, Opeth, Arch Enemy and Soilwork will be out here on tour. (not together tho....just will all make the visit before then)

I just read an interview with Peter in Oz Kerrang. Some interesting bits to sink your teeth into.

"It's still dark and heavy, but in a Led Zeppelin III kind of way. It's not heavy metal or anything. It's more like a progressive, '70s kind of album".

"Australia's a top priority for us. I'm not sure, but I think April could be when we go to Australia. But we're going to come. I'll make sure."

"We may do something different, like an acoustic set or something like that. If we want to promote that album [Damnation] and do a tour for it, maybe we could do it in some different way and play more acoustic parts. But we're not so sure yet."

right...I'm buying a plane ticket for every town they play in. Call me a groupie fan boy, but fuck it...what else would I spend my cash on?
