australia's lack of decent bands touring

Hey. I am an Austalian guitarist who is sick of the lack of bands that come down this way. In february, korn static-x and fear factory came down, and it was pretty good. But lets face, those bands are nothing compared to vehemence. One of my mates said the vehemence may be comming down to Aus....is that true?

We're getting Exhumed, Deeds of Flesh and *possibly* Disgorge in the next few months anyway, so that will do me fine.

Yeah, nothing form AU yet, we got European interest, but I am sure later on down the line something will come. All bands go to AU at somepoint. Incantation, Opeth, Soilwork, were just down there, could anyone name any other bands that has not been mentioned on this thread?

Blood Duster needs to come over here! Why wont they, The Berzerker did a world tour for christ sakes.

The Dillenger Escape Plan, Entombed, Anthrax.. a few more just came & left.

Regarding Blood Duster, they'll probably never leave Aus for shows. No label support in regard to overseas tours. You will have to come here

fuck psycroptic are like one of the best aussie death metal bands along with blood duster and the berzerker
