just recording my own band, just finished sampling the kit...thought you might wanna have these.

these are unprocessed of course. the processed ones will be added to my samplepack.

Kick: Yamaha Recording Custom with pinstripe head, mic'd with md421 inside, D6 in the porthole and 414 about 1m in front of the kick.

Snare: Pearl Sensitone Elite Custom Alloy, Emperor CS head, Tama 42strand snare, mic'd with m201 and 414 at the top, sm57 for the bottom and km184 as mono overhead

Toms: 12" and 16" Yamaha Recording Custom Emperor/Ambassador heads, Mic'd with D2 and 414 on top, sm57 on bottom and km184 as overhead.

all preamps: API

there are too many hits for Tom1, you gotta clean that up a bit I guess

damn, I wish I had 5 c414 so I could use it for toms on recordings...loving it.
I'm also absolutely gay for my recording custom kit....as a matter of fact my soundpenis is hard because of it right now
