yeah I did a lot of photoshop stuff today! they also want me to learn quark. and I proofread all the print in the Annual Report. that was kind of boring actually.
basically they just created my position to offset the workload on the other people there, so I'm getting a lot of stuff from the writers and graphic designer - like stuff they've already started (for now) - press releases, batch photoshop jobs, and website updates. it's such a small office that there really isn't any one person who has to do all the grunt work, like envelope stuffing or whatever, because then it wouldn't ever get done. and another nice thing about the size is that everyone is involved on every project.
