Band #6 is confirmed.

Daybreaker, you hit it on the nose methinks.

I remember the Thunderstone requests since the last PP show. And there's been buzz about Pyramaze for at least three years now - I never understood until I heard a sample at PPVI. Whoa! ... And Freak Kitchen has been at the top of many Prog Fans' wish list for several years. Epica has been the talk every time an 'epic' band is mentioned - go figure. But now I know why. Wastefall was even talked about more than once I recall, although I had no clue who they were. But now I do. ;) And of course, the icing on the cake - Savage Circus - sure to please the old-school Euro-metal fans (like me).

yeah, so far this seems to be a Fan Appreciation ProgPower Festival.

Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. His name is Glenn and he arrives three months early each year. heh heh.

:Spin:

I'm on a roll with Freak Kitchen and Thunderstone! That makes it the first time I've ever guessed more than one band for this bill correctly! I'm definitely looking forward to seeing these guys, as I believe they are only getting better with each release. I knew there was a reason why I stay on the Gold Badge list.

Stay metal. Never rust.

What wonderful news...

I could not be any happier!

Thank you, Glenn...what a great year you're building this year...once again.

Rock on!

The 2nd and 3rd albums' vocals leave me feeling like i'm listening to a Jorn-alike as opposed to a Stratovarius clone. Given that I doubt we'll see/hear Jorn in any form at PPUSA in the next year or two (my opinion/speculation here, nothing more), its pretty difficult for me to complain about that. Tool of the Devil is pretty damn solid. These guys could definitely be interesting.

I've been a big Thunderstone fan since I first heard The Burning in 2004. :worship: It was one of my favorite albums that year and I've been hoping to see them at PPUSA ever since!:hotjump: Personally I would rate their albums ...

The Burning
Tools of Destruction
