I also checked out Erik's band. I didn't know Erik and fotmbm are bandmates.
I must say this is a good thread for knowing the bands of UM members and how talented they are.

[Crimson Velvet]

Used to play in a band called Crimson Velvet. We were just four, sometimes five mates, who played mostly cover songs, mostly Metallica/Slayer, and sometimes some extreme metal like Gorgoroth, Burzum, Immortal and stuff. We had a couple of songs we'd made ourselves, but we never got around to releasing anything. Not that we would want to, seeong as we weren't really talented. I played rythm guitar, by the way. My favorite band position, although I have played some bass and piano (!).

I'm the lead guitarist and I write most of the music. I'd say we're making death melodic...but some songs sound like black metal (dimmu borgir's style) and some others like Thrash (testament) but most of the time we're making...death melodic stuff (but that doesn't really sound like In Flames or Soilwork). It is actually more Death than Melodic. Well....hehe, as you can see, I don't really know what we're making!!! Oh and yeah....we are called "Deamonition" but it might switch to "Tenebrion".You could give me your advise on which one you prefer!
