Manowar - maybe Magic Circle next year...
Avantasia - will see them at Wacken!
Bruce Dickinson - will this guy ever do solo shows again?!
Evergrey - this is a band I've really fallen in love with recently...shame about PPUK

Andromeda - Again, shame about PPUK
Ayreon - I don't even think they play live, do they?
Wintersun - Gutted I've missed my opportunities to see them...
Judas Priest - will see them at Graspop!

Finntroll
Rhapsody - A definite rarity in the UK...have they ever played here?
Freedom Call
Kamelot - Couldn't afford the show the other week, will see them at Wacken
Dio - Seeing at the end of the month!
Symphony X - will see them at Graspop
After Forever - Not OVER bothered about them, but it'd be nice

For me, I can honestly say only Manowar, Wintersun (I'll hopefully tick them off at Metal Camp this year) and Avantasia (who are doing Wacken like you said). Other than that, I've seen pretty much every band I'm really into.

Ayreon - One can hope.
Persuader - Best new band I've heard in ages.
Nightscape - ...apart from maybe this one.
Rhapsody - If they didn't avoid the UK like the plague.
Symphony X - Missed 'em, regret it...
Testament - Long time fan, never seen 'em...
Van Canto - Just to see how the hell they do it live.
W.A.S.P. - Because Blackie is a legend.
Judas Priest - This would be more like a pilgramage than a gig...
Yngwie Malmsteen - The reason I got serious with guitar, need to see the man in action.
Andrew W.K. - ...what?
AC/DC - No reason needed, really.
Kamelot - Got really into them last year, but missed 'em again, damn!
Helloween - Bloodstock '08, here I come!
Dethklok - As long as I don't end up getting maimed/killed.
Decapitated - I hope they keep going, and I'll defintely be at their next UK show if they do.
