bass mono maker plugin? (RTAS - vinly mastering)

Hi!

I'm looking for a way or plugin to use with pro tools 9 to get the bass mono from a certain frequency to avoid anti phase when mastering for vinyl.

I know bx_digital masting eq is able to do so I guess it is a little too expansive. I would rather prefer something more easy and freeware if possible as I have a mastering chain already but just this part is missing. All I need is a Hz-knob for the frequency to choose where "bass is mono" starts.

Is there any way to do so, a plug or anything else?

Any suggestion will be appreciated!

i just checked their side and found out about that tool as well. which maybe will be the only choice if there is no freeware.

there is a freeware thing (at least vst) but i can´t remember which one it was.
have to take a look on my pc if it´s still there. i never used it though.

Ozone can do this as well... Not cheap, but all the other features are a really useful too, so you might consider it.

A bit late to the party but with Voxengo Soniformer you can adjust the width for the frequencies as you like.
Its also a multibandcomp with 32 bands and whatnot
