Lol I didn't think Dream Evil would be hated THAT much! I quite like Gus G's work (The Book of Heavy Metal) when he played in it.
I don't think anyone here knew that Gus G was in Dream Evil, none the less who he even is

Well I personally don't think Firewind deserves fame. I mean Gus G is still the shit in that one, but the band as a whole isn't that epic from my viewpoint. But I see your point haha.
if you look at Firewind as a metal band, then they probably aren't as good.
Yes I know they're a metal band. But I look at them more as pop now, and I like it.

Very true. I guess bands stuck on that fence inbetween rarely get fame, both literally and in COBOT's battle of the bands. I mean you look at the Hall of Shame and it's filled with unique-sounding bands who aren't really classified as one specific genre/classification. Most of the Famed bands seem to be more extreme one way or the other. For example an extreme death metal band seems to get easier votes than a more versatile band, despite that fact that not everyone is that into death metal. The ones that ARE are like ZOMGSEXHALLOFFAME. Anyway that's how I view it, but I may be wrong.
