bodybuilding > beer

I heard that somewhere before. And to tell you the truth I don't understand people who don't drink any alcohol because they eat plenty of protein nutrient. Ofcourse alcohol impairs protein, but c'mon few beers will not destroy your muscles. Besides beer (and coffee) is good for sore muscles.

Rogue beers are excellent

I have tried a few of those. I think the Dead Guy and their Mocha Porter. They were good, but I didn't like them as much as similar types from other breweries.

Coopers > All other beers pretending to be real beer.

No! I tried their Extra Special Stout and their Dark Ale and their Sparkling Ale. The Sparkling was pretty good, but the other two were nowhere near as good as similar types from other breweries.
