Behringer BTR2000

I could use a cheap rack mounted tuner that I can keep permanently on the signal chain. I just noticed this one:

I like the fact that it also functions as a rack light, and it's dirt cheap too. Anyone know if they're any good? Are they accurate enough or do they add noise into the signal? I don't need Peterson kind of precision here, just something that'll get the job done quickly and easily.

Thanks!

Rack mounted tuners seem to be going the way of the dinosaur - Korg dropped the DTR1000 and 2000 from their line, Boss the TU-50, Sabine dropped all their rack mounts. It's pretty much Peterson or nothing else - at least new.

I think it's a case of Peterson just dominating this particular gear category. It's one of those tools that is so indispensable and Peterson has shown that they do it really well while still retaining a somewhat economical price point as far a studio gear goes.
