Best lineup?

Ouch! I'm quite grieved that you took my post seriously... About 90% of my posts have been made here. And no, I'm not a masochist that would come (no pun) to an internet forum of a band he doesn't like and spew his hatred and actually enjoy being scorned by the fans of the said band. Hmmm... I just used "Skorned" and "come" in the same sentence... I wonder if that's Darby's Dad exclusive right?

Joey Belladonna, without a doubt. Has anyone noticed that when the guy from Shadows Fall sings normal he sounds just like Belladonna?

I thought the same thing, then saw them open for Damageplan and it was the little rhythm guitar player who does those vocal parts.

Yeah thats because everyone that is on this board is a nu anthrax fan. None of the old school Anthrax fans that were with ANthrax when they were an arena band are on this board. They lost interest when Anthrax changed their style when John came on board

You may be right in that most people on this board became fans after Bush joined. But there are old schoolers, like me and Darby's Dad.

I've been a fan since SOE. I like all of the Anthrax line up over the years but my favorite one hands down is Bush, Caggiano, Bello, Ian and Benante.

I think alot of people lost interest in the band because they didn't want to adjust to a new singer. Same thing could possibly happen now.

Also, what is a true metal board?? One where everybody is over 30?? I've been to countless of Anthrax shows. I've had the honors of hanging backstage, on the bus, or at a bar or wherever with members of the band. Out of all of those countless shows, I've sat out from the mosh pit twice only. In my opinion, that's way more representative of a true fan.

I am the same case as Alex. Born in 78, been a fan since 88 and I think TGOTE lineup was their best.

I've been an Anthrax fan since about '87 or '88 and I say the GO2E/WCFYA lineup (Bush, Caggiano, Bello, Benante and Ian) is the best.

ATL was & is the best...............but Bush, Bello, Benante, Caggiano & Ian is fucking great aswell
