What do you lift to, or what would you recommend for lifting?

Some of my favs are Judas Priest, Guns n' Roses, Motley Crue, and other classic 80s lineups, but I really could use some more songs.

What do you recommend? (lists are great too:kickass:)

Thanks,

usually for me the more brutal death sorta stuff pumps me the fuck up, i've been using aborted, skinless, impaled for a while but recently i've just been using whatevers on my ipod which is exodus - force of habit, nuclear assault - handle with care and other random stuff which definately isn't as good as the skinless, impaled, aborted stuff.

I don't really lift because I work in a warehouse lifting crap all day, and that's redundant.

But, at work and when I shoot around before I play basketball I listen to anything with really aggressive vocals. It's late, so I'm having trouble with specifics, but check the Brutal/Slam Death thread and I personally enjoy Metalcore as a motivator because of the vocal style.

just watch this while you lift weights and get real angry

or just listen to whatever you like fools!

I've lifted to a LOT of bands....Aborted and Dew-Scented are generally my favorite, but Suffocation, Deicide, Ministry, Behemoth, Nile, Death, Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel, Decapitated, Impious......all are great.
