I'm going to visit my home country soon (Iran) and I was going to take a detour to Scandinavia to see how the music scene is. I'm getting ready to move and I want to know where the best music scene is for a guitarist who just wants to play in a good death/black metal band kind of like Opeth and Enslaved but definitely not limited to. I just want to be around good bands(local or major) and work and play music. Is Norway or Sweden good for that and if so where?
