Best portable guitar tone

Hey all

I'm on the lookout after something portable for my guitar. Something i can bring to the couch, or the other room, the car, train or high up in an old tree for that matter.

But i'd like to know which unit to look for. I play mostly, if not exclusively metal. I want something that can preferably run on batteries, has amp modulation, preferably a metronome. But most of all i wan't the best possible sound.

I've been looking at these so far

Are there any other units out there fulfilling my needs?

And which would you recommend?

yeh, well a bit too non-portable to me. Something pocketable would be optimal, but a wee bit bigger is ok. But Log-able isn't cutting it.
