Nargaroth isn't particularly Burzum worship, BUT he does completely steal riffs from Varg as well as from Moonblood, Strid, and a few other bands. Kanwulf is also a massive lier and walking contradiction.
Hmm I've never caught this riff robbing, wheres an example of him stealing one of Varg's riffs?

Dimmu Borgir - Puritanical Euphoric Misanthopia
Mistigo Varggoth Darkestra - The keys to the gates of apocalypse
Aryan Terrorism - W.A.R.
Naglfar - Sheol
1349 - Beyond the apocalypse
Darkthrone - Sardonic Wrath
Endless War - ...Honour, Pride, and Glory...
Winterhorde - Live at the barbie(demo)
Melechesh - Sphynx
DIS - Opus 1
Martyrdom(average) - self titled(EP)
Arafel - the way of defender
Koldbrann - Nekrotisk Inkvisition

I'll think up more later.

I can't tell you an exact instance. They're littered throughout Black Metal Ist Krieg, but I haven't taken the time to memorize where.
Guh, that album was intentionally made to emulate those bands which influenced Kanwulf, hence the title "A Deidication Monument". His other albums are far more original. Try a song like "...Und Ich Sah Sonn' Nimmer Heben" or "Manchmal Wenn Sie Schlaeft" to see what makes him innovative in my eyes.
